Little Foodie Club is a California startup that is disrupting the baby food market. I was brought in from the start to:
 
• Lead its team from conception in defining the name, brand, social content and overall creative and digital strategy

• Manage creative budgets, timings and vendor relationships

• Hire and grow the internal team as well as external resources

New Product development: Conceive and roll out its innovative and hugely successful 21 Days to Solids PlanTM across the US 

• Monitor and stay abreast of emerging trends in relevant content, design and marketing tactics

RESULTS: 3 years in Little Foodie Club has become the first baby food delivery company to go national and has been awarded the Top Baby Food Product of 2018 by RangeMe. LFC has also been featured in a number of high-end publications like Vogue, Goop, InStyle, ABC News, The Daily Mail, The Huff Post and The Hollywood Reporter.

Our brand look and feel came from the idea of what it might visually look like when a baby tastes food for the very first time. That explosion of flavors and endorphins. This led us to the style of our packaging - each new flavor has its own pattern representing this explosion of taste.

STRATEGY
We developed the internal Proposition ’The Little Foodie Revolution’. Our goal was to flip the current hugely outdated baby food market on its head. We scrutanized every process, old stigmas, traditional flavor combinations, cooking methods and looked for better newer more up to date ways to feed babies. We then approached the very best people out there - food specialists, scientists, pediatricians, parents, authors and carved out new and improved methods. Overall Little Foodie Club has demonstrated their total commitment to raising the next generation of healthy happy eaters.
