LiitKit is an at-home solution created to help people maintain and build better exercise routines. These at-home equipment packs feature their own respective on-demand workouts to keep up your HIIT sessions from the comfort of your own home.

Studios around the world utilized the app allowing members to join a local workout community, and the Athletics team curated daily programs and motivation to bring the spark back into members workouts.This was all supported with additional features like goal tracking, nutritional advice, access to trainers, workout videos and more.
