• Brought in to champion the craft of design and visual storytelling, and help elevate the department’s output. 

• Inspire, generate, and develop big ideas that are strategically-informed for both local and global audiences.

• Leading, mentoring and developing the team.

• Rolling the brand out across the US and Canada, which was then followed by a global roll-out

• Help secure backing from high profile investors, sporting legends and influencers

• Develop and launch three new franchise operations including Prodigy (teen fitness), FS8 (Pilates focus) and USofE (Coffee)

RESULTS: Since working with F45, the company has become the fastest growing fitness franchise in the world, with more than 2,000 studios in over 50 countries around the globe. The company also secured the backing of Mark Wahlberg.
